Characteristics

1. It is suitable for the coloring processing of copper and its alloys, electroplated copper and other metal layers;

2. The antique decoration effect is good, red copper becomes red bronze after blackening, and brass or bronze becomes blue bronze after blackening;

3. No peculiar smell, good operating environment;

4. Room temperature operation, long service life. The color is black and uniform.

Operation process

Chemical degreasing → Washing → Activating or polishing or plating imitation gold → Washing → Coloring treatment → Washing → Setting to dry → Sanding or sweeping → Rack protection → Baking → Finished product packaging

Packaging, shipping and storage

1. Chemical industry standard: HG/T 3381-2003I.;

2. BT-301 is packaged in a strong acid and alkali resistant plastic drum of 25KG/barrel;

3. Store in a closed container below 25°C. Its products are volatile liquids, the weight will gradually decrease, and the shelf life is 6 months;

4. When the product is stored, it should be ventilated and dry, prevent direct sunlight, isolate the fire source, stay away from the heat source, and try to cool down when the temperature is too high in summer;

5. During transportation, it should be protected from sun exposure, rain, high temperature, leakage, extrusion, and crushing.

Notes:

When using, pay attention to safety, wear protective gloves, masks, clothing and glasses, do not touch the skin, so as not to splash the eyes and skin, if splashed on the skin, you can rinse with a large amount of water (if it is seriously necessary, medical diagnosis is required).
