Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the full follow-up of customer orders, including shipment arrangement and logistics tracking

Handle account reconciliation, invoicing, and accounts receivable management

Proficient in operating ERP systems, and responsible for maintaining customer information and order data

Complete other administrative and business support tasks assigned by the leader

Job Requirements

Under 40 years old, gender is not limited, with a high school degree or above

Familiar with Office software suite and possess basic data processing skills

Prior experience in merchandising in the chemical or surface treatment industry is preferred

Meticulous and responsible in work, good communication skills, and in good health
