SV Glue

It is primarily used for coating glue of voice coil bobbins and self-adhesive finish of voice coil enameled wire. Unlike traditional insulating varnish (varnish), voice coil insulating varnish not only requires extremely high temperature resistance (above 300°C), but also meets a series of stringent specifications such as alcohol solubility and tensile strength. Due to China's late start and backward technology, domestic voice coil manufacturers have long relied on imports of SV glue from Japan, and high-end audio technology has been controlled by foreign countries.

In response to customer demand, BONT established an SV glue project research and development team in 2017. After six years, they successfully tackled the technical challenges of SV glue. Not only does its performance perfectly meet customer needs, but the product is also more environmentally friendly as it does not contain cresol, achieving a leapfrog over foreign products. Currently, it is being used in batches by several large voice coil enterprises in China.

Automated Eco-Friendly Wire Stripping Process

In 2012, our company developed an automated wire stripping process for enameled wires. This innovation provides an eco-friendly alternative to traditional acid-based or manual scraping methods. It is widely used for efficient stripping of flat wires and stranded wires in motors, transformers, and inverters, combining automated equipment with environmentally friendly agents.

Enamel wire stripping technology

In 2006, the company developed BT-101A&B, a specialized stripping agent for voice coils, which completely solved the difficult-to-strip issue of EI enameled wire in the electroacoustic industry. This innovation has significantly propelled the vigorous development of China's electroacoustic industry, and currently accounts for 90% of the market share for enameled wire stripping agents in the industry.

Aluminum welding fluxing process

Aluminum is chemically reactive and prone to oxidation, and the aluminum oxide film formed after oxidation is very dense and difficult to remove, making soldering a challenging task in the industry. Our company's aluminum flux can ensure that aluminum wire soldering is full, uniform, and smooth, without any cold solder joint or solder skips. It is currently widely used in aluminum wire soldering in the motor industry.

Precious metal recovery process

The equipment, chemicals, and process flow for gold and silver recycling developed by the company in 2004 remain the most advanced technology in China today, adding at least 2.5 tons of gold and 30 tons of silver reserves to the world every year.
