Characteristics

1. Two-component 1:1, cured at room temperature;

2. Fast reaction speed, can be set within 3 minutes, and strong adhesion can be formed within 10 minutes;

3. Low viscosity, low shrinkage, wide application of substrate, and good operability;

4. Good flexibility and cold and thermal shock resistance effectively improve the seismic performance.

Operation process

1. Ensure that all pretreatment components are clean, dry, and free of grease and other pollution.

2. Stir the AB components thoroughly according to 1:1 (weight ratio), such as manual glue, the amount of glue should not be too large (within 50 grams).

3. Curing conditions: apply the mixed colloid to the surface of the workpiece and leave it at room temperature for 24 hours or 2 hours/80°C

4. If the resin is left for a long time, the A and B components may settle, and it must be stirred before use.

Packaging, shipping and storage

1. Packed in 1KG/drum or according to customer requirements.

2. Quality assurance period: 6 months;

3. The product is a non-hazardous chemical and is transported as a general chemical;

Notes:

1. The workplace should be kept clean and airy, and exhaust equipment must be installed when necessary;

2. Avoid direct contact with the human body as much as possible; If you have allergies, seek medical attention directly.

3. If hands accidentally come into contact, wash them with soap and tap water;

4. If it accidentally splashes into the eyes, rinse with plenty of water for more than 15 minutes and ask a doctor for examination and treatment.
