Operation process

1. Before construction, the objects to be bonded will be painted or sprayed with glue separately, and the painted workpiece will be baked at a temperature of about 110~120°C for 30~60 minutes, so that the solvent of the glue on the workpiece can be fully volatilized, and then let the workpiece be preliminarily bonded, and then heated to 150~180°C under a certain pressure for 60~90 minutes.

2. If the glue is found to be too thick during use, it can be diluted with our company's special thinner.

3. Try to clean the surface of the coated object before use.

4. The glue is a flammable and explosive product, and the site should pay attention to fire prevention, anti-static and other measures, and abide by the professional safety operation procedures for painting.

Packaging, shipping and storage

1. Chemical industry standard: HG/T 3381-2003I.;

2. Packaging of 20KG/drum.

3. Store in a closed container below 25°C. Its products are volatile liquids, the weight will gradually decrease, and the shelf life is 6 months;

4. When the product is stored, it should be ventilated and dry, prevent direct sunlight, isolate the fire source, stay away from the heat source, and try to cool down when the temperature is too high in summer;

5. During transportation, it should be protected from sun exposure, rain, high temperature, leakage, extrusion, and crushing.

Notes:

1. When opening the lid, slowly unscrew it to avoid splashing the eyes and skin.

2. Pay attention to safety when using, wear protective gloves, protective masks, masks, clothing and glasses, and do not touch the skin to avoid splashing the eyes and skin.
