Characteristics

1. High-performance one-component epoxy resin glue; Good thixotropic performance;

2. Non-drooping characteristics suitable for vertical surface coating; Performance is similar to Taiwan EP-138.

Operation process

1. Please let the product return to room temperature before using the product, and the product cannot be restored if it is not used.

2. Directly apply glue and bond according to site conditions and customer requirements.

3. Curing conditions: 100°C×60 minutes, or 120°C×30 minutes, or 150°C×10 minutes.

Due to the different sizes of the bonded objects or whether the oven has ventilation conditions will cause different curing degrees, it is necessary to confirm whether the curing conditions used can meet the design requirements before batch use.

Packaging, shipping and storage

1. Packed in 1KG/drum or according to customer requirements.

2. When frozen and stored at 0°C~10°C, the quality assurance period: 6 months;

3. The product is a non-hazardous chemical and is transported as a general chemical;

4. The workplace should be kept clean and airy, and ventilation equipment must be installed when necessary;

5. Avoid direct contact with the human body as much as possible; If you have allergies, seek medical attention directly.

6. If your hands come into accidental contact, wash them with soap and tap water;

7. If it accidentally splashes into the eyes, rinse with plenty of water for more than 15 minutes and ask a doctor to check and treat.
