Product Usage Guide
(1)If the paint viscosity has not reached the desired working consistency, the following two methods may be employed:
The coating, now in paste form, should be placed in a container, filled with water, and heated (water temperature maintained between 60–70°C) for 1.5 hours until the solid paste-like adhesive is clearly observed to dissolve into a liquid, water-like state. During this process, adjust the viscosity as required by adding an appropriate amount of alcohol before use.
(2)If the product is in liquid form and urgently required, place it in the freezer compartment of a refrigerator or freezer for 1 hour. (Solid content: 23%) The coating will become paste-like and ready for use. Note: If frozen for ≥2 hours, the coating will become paste-like and unusable.
Storage and Handling Conditions:
①Store in a clean, dry, sealed container (ensure the sealing ring is correctly positioned before closing the lid; if the sealing ring is damaged, the paint solvent will evaporate more rapidly and become prone to freezing). May be stored in a warehouse at temperatures between 30°C and 40°C, maintaining ventilation and dryness. During transport, protect from direct sunlight and exposure to rain.
②When exposed to air, the product's surface readily dries and forms a film. Therefore, upon cessation of operation, the needle must be immersed in a methanol solution to prevent the needle orifice from becoming blocked.
③The product may solidify into a frozen state. Should this occur, immerse it in hot water at 60–70°C to thaw. Typically, heat approximately 1kg of product for one hour (ensure the container lid is unscrewed to prevent overflow). During immersion, prevent moisture from entering the coating. Should water ingress occur, a white film will form on the surface of the coating.
④Use up as much of the paint poured from the container as possible in a single application. Ensure the working environment is clean and dust-free to prevent mechanical impurities from contaminating the paint.
⑤When using the coating, it is recommended to first apply it to the designated position on the voice coil. Depending on the size of the coating, allow it to cure for 1 to 4 hours before proceeding to the high-temperature oven for baking. The baking temperature and duration should be consistent with those used for the voice coil. Customers should adjust the specific process parameters according to the size of the voice coil. Optimal results are achieved by refining the process through trial and error.
