Characteristics

Operation process

Before construction, the objects to be bonded are painted or sprayed with glue separately, and the prepared workpieces are baked at a temperature of about 140°C~160°C for 3~10 minutes, so that the solvent of the glue on the workpiece is fully volatilized, so that the bonded surface can be dry to the fingers, and then let the workpiece be preliminarily bonded under a certain pressure, and then heated to 190°C5°C for 60~90 minutes.

If the glue is found to be too thick during use, it can be diluted with our company's special thinner

The glue is a flammable product, and the site should pay attention to fire prevention, anti-static and other measures, and abide by the professional safety operation procedures of painting

Due to the different sizes of the bonded objects or whether the oven has ventilation conditions will cause different curing degrees, it is necessary to confirm whether the curing conditions used can meet the design requirements before batch use.

Packaging, shipping and storage

1. Adopt 20KG/drum packaging, and different packaging specifications can also be tried according to customer needs.

2. Store in a closed container below 25°C with a shelf life of 6 months;

3. When storing products, ventilation and dryness should be ensured to prevent direct sunlight and away from heat sources;

4. During transportation, it should be protected from sun exposure, rain, high temperature, leakage, extrusion, and crushing.

Notes:

If it splashes on the skin, you can rinse with plenty of water (if it is seriously necessary, you need to seek medical diagnosis).
