Characteristics

1. This product is specially used for the bonding of voice coil wire and substrate, no cresol, no toluene, xylene and other harmful and toxic substances;

2. This product has passed SGS testing, ROHS testing, REACH testing, and meets the VOC standard of GB338505-2020 adhesives;

3. After curing, the adhesive can withstand high temperatures of more than 300 °C, and after curing, the adhesion between the enameled wire and the substrate is extremely strong.

BT-SV is a clear and transparent liquid with a light yellow/orange color.

First, use SV glue to coat the substrate, and after drying, enter the winding process:

Optimal curing temperature time: 190°C for 60min.

Packaging, shipping and storage

1. It has a variety of packaging specifications, 1L/4L/20L, which can be packaged according to customer requirements;

2. Store in a closed container at room temperature;

3. The shelf life is half a year;

4. When the product is stored, it should be ventilated and dry, prevent direct sunlight, isolate the fire source, stay away from the heat source, and try to cool down when the temperature is too high in summer;

5. During transportation, it should be protected from sun exposure, rain, high temperature, leakage, extrusion, and crushing.

Notes:

1. After use, seal and store in time to avoid long-term contact with air.

2. The container should be clean to avoid mixing with other chemicals, damaging the product system and affecting the product effect.

3. Pay attention to safety when using, wear protective gloves, protective masks, clothing and glasses, do not contact the skin for a long time, and avoid splashing the eyes and skin during the operation process.
