Characteristics

1. Be suitable for removing enamel or screen printing ink from metal or metal plating products,mainly used for coating paint with thicker lacquer.

2. High speed of paint removal, which can make the paint film flake or block off.

3. Environmental protection (approved by RoHS), there is corrosion inhibitor composition, does not corrode the matrix.

Technicalprocess

Water bath heating to 60-90℃ → Soaking and stripping of work pieces → When the lacquer skin falls off, rinse with water in time

Note: after the paint remover is consumed, it can be supplemented and the paint residue can be recovered

in time. In general, 3-5 cycles should be used, and more than 20% of the new liquid should be replaced.

Packaging,transportandStorage

1. Chemical industry standard：HG/T 3381-2003Ⅱ;

2. BT-209 is packaged strong acid and alkali resistant plastic bucket with 25KG/ barrel。

3. Stored under 25 centigrade, sealed container.

4. During storage, the product should be ventilated and dried to prevent direct sunlight exposure

and to isolate the fire source away from the heat source.

5. During transportation, we should prevent exposure to sunlight and rain, prevent high temperature, prevent leakage, prevent extrusion and prevent breakage.  

Attention

1. When opening the lid, you should wear gloves so as not to accidentally spill the liquid and touch your hands.

2. When used, pay attention to safety, wear protective gloves, protective film, mask, clothing and glasses, not contact the skin, so as not to splash the eyes and skin, such as splashing to the skin with a large amount of clean water (when necessary, medical diagnosis should be necessary).
