BT-206 Paint stripper

Characteristics

1. Suitable for repainting and refurbishing large equipment such as machinery, metal, billboards, trains, etc;

2. Using a brushing method, after evenly applying the paint remover, the paint will naturally peel off within one minute, and then rinse with water or wipe with a cloth;

3. This type of paint remover has a slightly weaker effect than 205, but the taste is very small;

4. Environmentally friendly (qualified by RoHs testing), with corrosion inhibitor components inside, does not corrode the substrate.

Packaging, transport and Storage

1. Chemical industry standard: HG/T 3381-2003 Ⅰ;

2. BT-206 is packaged in a strong acid and alkali resistant plastic drum weighing 25KG per drum;

3. Store in a sealed container below 25 ℃. The product is a volatile liquid and should be sealed with a lid when not in use. The shelf life is 6 months;

4. When storing products, ventilation and dryness should be ensured, direct sunlight should be prevented, and fire sources should be isolated and kept away from heat sources. When the temperature is too high in summer, efforts should be made to cool it down;

5. During transportation, it should be protected from exposure to sunlight, rain, high temperatures, leaks, compression, and breakage.  

Attention

1. When opening the lid, be careful not to let the air pressure inside the bucket flush up the lid. Wear gloves and gently press the lid, then slowly unscrew it to avoid splashing your eyes and skin.

2. When using, attention should be paid to safety, wearing protective gloves, masks, protective clothing, and glasses. Do not touch the skin to avoid splashing on the eyes and skin. If it splashes on the skin, rinse with plenty of water (seek medical diagnosis if necessary).

3. The peeled lacquer should be scooped up with iron mesh to increase the service life of the paint remover.
