BT-204 Paint stripper

Characteristics

1. Suitable for removing paint or screen printing ink from metal or hardware electroplated products. Mainly used for paint stripping with thin coatings and strong corrosion resistance;

2. The paint stripping speed is fast, which can cause the paint film to peel off in patches or whole pieces, suitable for soaking and stripping.

3. Environmentally friendly (qualified by RoHs testing), with corrosion inhibitor components inside, does not corrode the substrate.

Packaging, transport and Storage

1. Chemical industry standard: HG/T 3381-2003 II;

2. BT-204 is packaged in a strong acid and alkali resistant plastic drum weighing 25KG per drum;

3. Store in a sealed container below 25 ℃. The product is a volatile liquid and should be sealed with a lid when not in use. The shelf life is 6 months;

4. When storing products, ventilation and dryness should be ensured, direct sunlight should be prevented, and fire sources should be isolated and kept away from heat sources. When the temperature is too high in summer, efforts should be made to cool it down;

5. During transportation, it should be protected from exposure to sunlight, rain, high temperatures, leaks, compression, and breakage.  

Attention

1. When opening the lid, be careful not to let the pressure inside the bucket flush up the bottle cap. Wear gloves and gently press the lid, then slowly unscrew it to avoid splashing your eyes and skin.

2. When using, attention should be paid to safety, wearing protective gloves, protective film equipment, masks, clothing, and glasses. Do not touch the skin to avoid splashing on the eyes and skin. If splashing on the skin, rinse with plenty of water (seek medical diagnosis if necessary).

3. The peeled lacquer should be scooped up with iron mesh to increase the service life of the paint remover.
