Characteristics

1. Specially designed for automatic paint stripping of motor rotor enameled wire immersion;

Technical process

202 enamel wire peeling off → wipe off the paint skin with a cloth → soak in BT neutralizing agent → wash with water → solder

Packaging, transport and Storage

1. Chemical industry standard: HG/T 3381-2003 Ⅰ;

2. BT-202 is packaged in a strong acid and alkali resistant plastic drum weighing 25KG per drum;

3. Store in a sealed container below 25 ℃. Its product is a volatile liquid that gradually decreases in weight and has a shelf life of 6 months;

4. When storing products, ventilation and dryness should be ensured, direct sunlight should be prevented, and fire sources should be isolated and kept away from heat sources. When the temperature is too high in summer, efforts should be made to cool it down;

5. During transportation, it should be protected from exposure to sunlight, rain, high temperatures, leaks, compression, and breakage.  

Attention

1. When opening the lid, be careful not to let the pressure inside the bottle flush up the cap. Wear gloves and gently press the lid, slowly unscrew it to avoid splashing your eyes and skin.

2. When using, attention should be paid to safety, wearing protective gloves, protective film equipment, masks, clothing, and glasses. Do not touch the skin to avoid splashing on the eyes and skin. If splashing on the skin, rinse with plenty of water (seek medical diagnosis if necessary).

Regardless of transportation, storage, or usage, all parties must actively request MSDS from our company to clarify its physical and chemical safety performance. Failure to do so will be deemed as knowing its performance, and our company will not be responsible for any accidental compensation.
