BT-201 Paint stripper

Characteristics

1. Suitable for removing paint or screen printing ink from metal or hardware electroplated products. Mainly used for removing paint from products with thick coatings of baking paint;

2. The paint stripping speed is fast, which can cause the paint film to peel off in patches or whole pieces. It is suitable for soaking and stripping, and can also be used for painting and stripping;

3. Environmentally friendly (RoHS compliant), containing corrosion inhibitor components that do not corrode the substrate.

Packaging, transport and Storage

1. Chemical industry standard: HG/T 3381-2003 II;

2. BT-201 is packaged in strong acid and alkali resistant plastic drums of 25KG per drum.

3. Store in a sealed container below 25 ℃. Its product is a volatile liquid that gradually decreases in weight and has a shelf life of 6 months;

4. When storing products, ventilation and dryness should be ensured, direct sunlight should be prevented, and fire sources should be isolated and kept away from heat sources. When the temperature is too high in summer, efforts should be made to cool it down;

5. During transportation, it should be protected from exposure to sunlight, rain, high temperatures, leaks, compression, and breakage.

Attention

1. When opening the lid, be careful not to let the air pressure inside the bucket flush up the lid. Wear gloves and gently press the lid, then slowly unscrew it to avoid splashing your eyes and skin.

2. When using, attention should be paid to safety, wearing protective gloves, protective film equipment, masks, clothing, and glasses. Do not touch the skin to avoid splashing on the eyes and skin. If splashing on the skin, rinse with plenty of water (seek medical diagnosis if necessary).
