Characteristics

1. Adopting the most advanced phase shift trigger control in the current technology, the voltage and current at both ends of the heating plate will change with the change of temperature, when the temperature measurement value is close to the temperature set value, the voltage at both ends of the heating plate drops to only a few tens of volts, and the current will also become very small, so as to extend the service life of the heating plate and save about 30% of the electrical energy;

2. The use of microcomputer precise PID control technology makes the actual temperature value in the furnace closer to the temperature measurement value than the general thermostat, and the accuracy of the ratio table is plus or minus 0.2 degrees, and the output light will dim with the change of temperature;

Operating instructions

Add paint stripping powder as needed and cover the lid, and set the temperature parameter to 400-450°C on the main control function key. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the paint stripping powder will slowly dissolve into a liquid (liquid temperature is 400-450°C)

Notes:

1. Since this product is used under high temperature conditions, you should pay attention to safety when using it, wear protective gloves, protective clothing, masks, glasses, and do not touch the skin to avoid splashing the eyes and skin.

2. During the heating process, the iron cover should be covered to avoid the splashing of paint stripping powder caused by uneven heating when heating and melting; Open the cover until the paint stripping powder is completely melted and use it normally;

3. When using it for a period of rest, it should also be covered or sealed, because the paint stripping powder is a strong hygroscopic chemical, which is easy to absorb water vapor in the air, so as to avoid splashing water due to boiling during the heating process when used next time.
