BT-112 Enameled Wire Stripper

Characteristics

1. Specially used for transformer copper and aluminum enameled wires (grade 180, grade 200, grade 220) paint removal;

2. Operation at room temperature, good wrapping, no splashing damage to other insulating parts, no upward spread;

3. The paint removal speed is fast, twice as fast as 105 and 107, and it has viscosity and can be used for dipping. The speed is equivalent to the 108 aluminum enameled wire paint stripper used in soaking;

4. Suitable for large transformers, ring transformers, and hard-to-remove enameled wires;

5. Environmental protection (RoHS test qualified), containing soldering aid components, soldering effect.

Operation process

Enameled wire → Paint stripper (according to the specified size) → Let stand until the patent skin peels off→ Wipe the removed patent skin → solder with a cloth

Packaging, shipping and storage

1. Chemical industry standard: HG/T 3381-2003I.;

2. BT-112 is packaged in a strong acid and alkali resistant plastic bottle of 1KG/bottle. 12 bottles/carton;

3. Store in a closed container below 25°C. Its products are volatile liquids, the weight will gradually decrease, and the shelf life is 6 months;

4. When the product is stored, it should be ventilated and dry, prevent direct sunlight, isolate the fire source, stay away from the heat source, and try to cool down when the temperature is too high in summer;

5. During transportation, it should be protected from sun exposure, rain, high temperature, leakage, extrusion, and crushing.

Notes:

1. When opening the cap, be careful to press the cap with the air pressure in the bottle, wear gloves and gently press the cap, and slowly unscrew it to avoid splashing the eyes and skin.

2. Pay attention to safety when using, wear protective gloves, protective masks, masks, clothing and glasses, and do not touch the skin to avoid splashing the eyes and skin.
