BT-109 Enameled Wire Stripper is in white powder form;


Operation process

Enameled wire → Immerse in stripper for 5-10 seconds (warmed to 300-350°C) → Wash → Dip BT-121 aluminum flux → solder


Packaging, shipping and storage

1. BT-109 is packaged in a strong acid and alkali resistant plastic bottle of 500G/bottle. 20 bottles/carton;

2. This product should be stored in a dark and dry place below 25°C, and should be stored separately from organic matter, reducing chemicals and acidic substances. Shelf life is 12 months;

3. During transportation, it should be protected from sun exposure, rain, high temperature, leakage, extrusion, and crushing.


Notes:

1. Since this product is used under high temperature conditions, you should pay attention to safety when using it, wear protective gloves, protective clothing, masks, glasses, and do not touch the skin to avoid splashing the eyes and skin.

2. During the heating process, the iron cover should be covered to avoid the splashing of paint stripping powder caused by uneven heating when heating and melting; Open the cover until the paint stripping powder is completely melted and use it normally;

3. Because paint stripping powder has strong moisture absorption, it should be sealed and stored when it is stopped to prevent moisture. If you need to use it again, you should first use a dry rag or paper towel to absorb the surface moisture, then cover it and keep it warm to 100°C for a period of time, and then heat it to a working temperature of 300-350°C after the water is steamed dry.
