Characteristics

1. Specially used for the peeling of AI (200 grade) and PI (220 grade) wires used in motors, motors, transformers, and voice coils, as well as the depainting of high-temperature lines of other enameled wires, which can be suitable for assembly lines;

2. Heat to 350-380 °C for use, melt off the patent skin directly, and the patent skin will not remain;

3. Environmental protection (qualified by RoHs test), fast speed, can be removed in 3-5 seconds.

Operation process

Enameled wire → Immerse in stripping powder solution for 5-10 seconds (warmed to 350-380°C) → Wash → soak BT-122 red water → Wash → solder

Packaging, shipping and storage

1. BT-104 is packaged in a strong acid and alkali resistant plastic bottle of 500G/bottle. 20 bottles per carton;

2. This product should be stored in a dark and dry place below 25°C, and should be stored separately from organic matter, reducing chemicals and acidic substances. Shelf life is 12 months;

3. During transportation, it should be protected from sun exposure, rain, high temperature, leakage, extrusion, and crushing.

Notes:

1. Since this product is used under high temperature conditions, you should pay attention to safety when using it, wear protective gloves, protective clothing, masks, glasses, and do not touch the skin to avoid splashing the eyes and skin.

2. During the heating process, the iron cover should be covered to avoid the splashing of paint stripping powder caused by uneven heating when heating and melting; Open the cover until the paint stripping powder is completely melted and use it normally;

3. Because paint stripping powder has strong moisture absorption, it should be sealed and stored when it is stopped to prevent moisture. If you need to use it again, you should first use a dry rag or paper towel to absorb the surface moisture, cover it and keep it warm to 100°C for a period of time, and then heat it to a working temperature of 350-380°C after the water is steamed dry. The lid must not be opened during this process to avoid a physical explosion.
