Characteristics

Technical parameters

1. BT－101A Enameled Wire Stripper is milky white to transparent liquid, it will turn to light red after long time storage;

2. BT-101B Enameled Wire Stripper is a paste whose color changes with storage time (pink--yellow-red-brown)

3. proportion: BT－101A:BT－101B is 1:2, you could adjust according to the size of Wire diameter. If the wire diameter is thinner, add more 101A; if the wire diameter is thicker, add more 101B.

Technical process

Enameled wire → dipping stripper→ depainting → wipe the coat of paint with cloth → clean wire with ethyl alcohol or water → soldering tin

Packaging, transport and Storage

1. chemical industrial standard: HG/T 3381-2003Ⅰ;

2. BT-101A/B uses 1kg / Bottle of strong acid plastic drum to storage,12 bottles/case;

3. Stored at 25 ℃ below, airtight container, the shelf life of BT-101A is 6 months，the shelf life of BT-101A is 12 months;

4. Product should be stored to ensure ventilation, drying, to prevent direct sunlight, and isolate the source of fire, away from heat.

5. Avoid exposure, rain, high temperature at transit.

Attention

1. Please don’t use glass, ceramic, or metal containers for the mixed stripper except PE bottles or 316 stainless steel.

2. As the storage time increases, the color of BT-101A and BT-101B will change, the viscosity of BT-101A will decrease, and the viscosity of BT-101B will increase. The increase in the temperature of the outside environment will accelerate the change of color and viscosity. This change is a normal phenomenon of the product.

3. When opening the cap, be careful about the air pressure inside the bottle to rush up the cap, wear gloves and gently press the cap, and slowly unscrew it to avoid splashing your eyes and skin.

4. Pay attention to safety when using, wear protective gloves, protective clothing, masks, and glasses. Do not touch the skin to avoid splashing the eyes and skin. If it splashes on the skin, you can rinse with plenty of water (see a doctor for diagnosis if necessary).
