Operation process

1. Directly paint or spray to clean the dust, oil and original rusted parts on the surface of the coated object, try to ensure that the workpiece is dry and clean, so that the solvent of the glue on the workpiece can be fully volatilized;

2. The workpiece can be repainted many times, but it needs to be done after the finger is dry before the next painting, in order to speed up the drying speed, it can be baked at low temperature (below 60 degrees) or used hot air to blow; Note that too high temperature can easily cause blistering and other adverse conditions on the surface of the workpiece;

3. If the glue is found to be too thick during use, it can be diluted with our company's special diluent or diluted with industrial alcohol;

4. The workpiece can also be dipped, sprayed, and leached according to the size, shape, and site conditions;

5. The glue is a flammable and explosive product, and the site should pay attention to fire prevention, anti-static and other measures, and abide by the professional safety operation procedures for painting.

Packaging, shipping and storage

1. Adopt 20KG/drum packaging, and different packaging specifications can also be tried according to customer needs.

2. Store in a closed container below 25°C with a shelf life of 6 months;

3. When storing products, ventilation and dryness should be ensured to prevent direct sunlight and away from heat sources;

4. During transportation, it should be protected from sun exposure, rain, high temperature, leakage, extrusion, and crushing.
