Technical requirements:
All products should meet the requirements of Table 1 of this standard, and when the demand side requires performance other than Table 1, it should be specifically stated in the order contract.

Test method
1. Direct testing.
2. The tests of various indicators are carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1981-1989 "Test Methods for Solvent Insulating Paints".
3. Volumetric resistivity and electrical strength: the baking conditions of the specimen are 120±2°C for 1h after each dipping paint; 120±2°C after the last dipping of paint, 2h.
Use the process
1. Workpiece condition: clean and dry, insulation resistance and dielectric strength meet the requirements of the drawings.
2. Paint matching: directly, according to the on-site use, an appropriate amount of BT-X01 diluent can be added.
3. Dipping time: 3~5 minutes.
4. Paint dripping time: 15~30 minutes.
5. Baking temperature: 1~2 hours at room temperature, or bake at low temperature 60~80°C for 0.5~1 hour
6. The baking time is determined according to the size of the workpiece and the baking temperature, when the paint film is smooth and non-stick.
Paint management
1. During use, due to the volatilization of thinner and the effect of heat during dipping in the paint, the viscosity of the paint will increase, it is necessary to check the viscosity of the paint in the paint tank once a day, the viscosity of the paint at room temperature should be 16~25 seconds (apply 4# cup, 23±2°C), when the viscosity of the paint is too large, use new paint or BT-X01 thinner to adjust, so as not to thicken the paint film on the surface of the workpiece.
2. Clean the paint nodules on the hanging blue while hot to keep it flat and clean.
3. When stopping the dipping of paint, the paint should be sealed and stored in the paint storage tank, and the viscosity of the paint should be adjusted to a suitable range before each start. When there are sediments and particles in the paint, filter or replace the new paint with an 80~120 mesh screen.
4. It is best to add new paint every day during use. If it is used again after more than 7 days of downtime, it should be kept airtight.
5. The lacquer should be stored in a dry and ventilated room below 35 °C. Avoid direct sunlight and do not approach heat or fire sources.
6. The storage period of BT-1065 paint is 6 months, and the paint can continue to be used after passing the inspection for more than 6 months.
Safety
1. The aromatic hydrocarbon solvent contained in BT-1061 paint has an irritating effect on the skin and mucous membranes, and the ventilation should be strengthened at the site of use, and the maximum allowable concentration in the air is 100mg/m3.
2. The skin can be washed with soap and water after contact with the paint.
3. The paint is a flammable liquid with a medium flash point, and sparks should be prevented during handling, storage and use.
Inspection rules, markings, packaging, transportation and storage
1. The factory test items are items 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 in Table 1.
2. The product batch number is the production date of the batch of products.
3. The product is packaged in iron drums of 180KG/drum or 15KG/drum.
4. The storage period is 6 months in a closed container below 35 °C.
5. Others should comply with the provisions of GB/T 10579-1989.
