BT-116K Insulating Paint

BT-116K paint is a two-component A and B drop dip paint, composed of heat-resistant polyester, epoxy resin, active diluent and low-temperature curing agent, which has the advantages of good permeability, less volatiles during curing, fast curing at low temperature, and small shrinkage, which can improve thermal conductivity and moisture-proof performance. It is suitable for drip dipping (rolling dipping) of stators in high-speed motors such as automotive motors.

Test method

1. Mix evenly according to A:B=1:1 (weight ratio) and then test.

2. The tests of various indicators are carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T15023-2017 "Test Methods for Solvent-free Polymeric Resin Composites for Electrical Insulation".

3. Thick layer curing capacity: in accordance with Article 20.1 of GB/T15023-2017.

4. Volumetric resistivity and electrical strength: the curing condition of the specimen is 130±2°C, 1h.

Use the process

1. Workpiece condition: clean and dry, insulation resistance and dielectric strength meet the requirements of the drawings.

2. Paint matching: When using, mix evenly according to A:B=1:1 (weight ratio), let it stand and wait for the bubbles to disappear before use, and the amount of paint should not exceed one day's dosage.

3. Workpiece preheating temperature: 120~140°C.

4. Drip paint: Drop paint on the rotating workpiece, adjust the amount of paint according to the size of the workpiece.

5. Baking temperature: 130~140°C.

6. Baking time: 75~90 minutes, when the paint film on the surface of the workpiece is smooth and non-stick, it has been completely cured.

Paint management

1. The application period after mixing the two-component of BT-116K paint is about 7 days/30 °C, and then the viscosity will gradually increase until the gel.

2. When the machine is shut down for more than 2 days, it is necessary to clean the drip paint storage tank and pipeline with X-102 cleaning agent to prevent blockage.

3. The lacquer should be stored in a dry and ventilated room below 30 °C. Avoid direct sunlight and do not approach heat or fire sources.

4. The storage period of BT-116K paint A and B components is 6 months, and the paint can continue to be used after passing the inspection for more than 6 months.

Safety

1. The thinner in the paint can irritate the skin and mucous membranes, and has a mild anesthetic effect on people, but will not cause chronic poisoning, and the maximum allowable concentration in the air in the workshop is 40mg/m3The workshop should be ventilated.

2. The skin can be washed with soap and water after contact with the paint.

3. The paint is a flammable liquid with a high flash point, and sparks should be prevented during handling, storage and use.

Inspection rules, markings, packaging, transportation and storage

1. The factory test items are items 1, 2, 3 and 4 in Table 1.

2. The product batch number is the production date of the batch of products.

3. Components A and B are packaged in iron drums of 18KG/barrel.

4. The storage period of the product is 6 months in a closed container below 30°C.

5. Others should comply with the provisions of GB/T 15022-1994.
