Characteristics

1. This product is specially used for aluminum enamelled wire and copper wire (or aluminum wire) welding;

Bright aluminum wire hitch → Dip BT-705 aluminum flux → Solder (immersion method) 

Packaging，transport and Storage

1. Chemical industry standard: HG/T 3381-2003Ⅰ;

2. BT-705 adopts 1KG/ bottle strong acid and alkali resistant plastic bottle packaging. 20 bottles/case;

3. Store in a closed container below 25℃. The product is a volatile liquid, which gradually loses weight and has a shelf life of 6 months.

4. Product storage should ensure ventilation, dry, prevent direct sunlight, and isolation of fire, away from heat sources, summer temperature is too high should try to cool down;

5. During transportation, it should be prevented from exposure, rain, high temperature, leakage, extrusion and crushing. 

Attention

1. When opening the lid, the pressure inside the bottle should be careful to flush up the lid. Wear gloves and gently press the lid and slowly unscrew it to avoid splashing eyes and skin;

2. Pay attention to safety when using. Wear protective gloves, film protecters, masks, clothes and glasses. Do not touch the skin to avoid splashing on the eyes and skin.

Both transportation, storage and use parties shall take the initiative to obtain msds from our company and clarify the physical and chemical safety performance. If not obtained, the MSDS shall be regarded as known performance, and our company shall not be responsible for any accident compensation.
