Operation process
Hand dip welding:
Copper wire or copper sheet surface cleaning → Dipping BT-706 aluminum flux → Solder (soaking method) Solder furnace temperature 280~300°C
Wave soldering: Flux coating amount 40-50ml/min Board surface preheating temperature 80-110°C Solder furnace temperature: 250-270°C
Packaging, shipping and storage
1. BT-706 is packaged in a strong acid and alkali resistant plastic bottle of 1L/bottle. 20 bottles/carton;
2. Store in a closed container below 25°C;
3. The shelf life is 6 months;
4. When the product is stored, it should be ventilated and dry, prevent direct sunlight, isolate the fire source, stay away from the heat source, and try to cool down when the temperature is too high in summer;
5. During transportation, it should be protected from sun exposure, rain, high temperature, leakage, extrusion, and crushing.
Notes:
1. After use, seal and store in time to avoid long-term contact with air.
2. The container should be clean to avoid mixing with other chemicals, damaging the product system and affecting the product effect.
