Characteristics

2. This product has passed SGS testing, ROHS testing, REACH testing, and meets the GB338505-2020 cleaning agent VOC standard;
3. It is suitable for the production of various high and low transformers, isolated transformers, motors, etc., and the solder is bright and hard;
4. The flux volatilizes on its own at high temperature, does not residue, the patent skin is removed cleanly, the aluminum wire does not turn black, and the long-term soldering is continuous and unchanged.

Operation process
BT-708 aluminum brazing agent is used to remove paint first, and then BT-705 aluminum brazing agent soldering is used after the paint stripping is completed:
The operation process is as follows:
Enameled wire → Immersion BT-708 aluminum brazing agent, tin furnace paint removal (repeat 2-3 times) → Immerse BT-705 aluminum brazing agent, tin on tin furnace (repeat 1-2 times)
Tin furnace temperature: 330-340°C
Packaging, shipping and storage
1. Chemical industry standard: HG/T 3381-2003I.;
2. BT-708 is packaged in a strong acid and alkali resistant plastic bottle of 1L/bottle. 20 bottles/carton;
3. Store in a closed container below 25°C;
4. The shelf life is 6 months;
5. When storing products, ventilation and dryness should be ensured, preventing direct sunlight from being irradiated, and isolating fire sources and staying away from heat sources.
6. During transportation, it should be protected from sun exposure, rain, high temperature, leakage, extrusion, and crushing.
