Characteristics

1. This product is specially used for peeling and soldering PE wire;

2. This product has passed SGS testing, ROHS testing, REACH testing, and meets the GB338505-2020 cleaning agent VOC standard;

3. It is suitable for the production of various high and low transformers, isolated transformers, motors, etc., and the solder is bright and hard;

4. The direct flux volatilizes itself at high temperature without residue, the patent skin is removed cleanly, and the solder is bright.

Operating parameters

BT-710PE direct flux is a colorless transparent liquid with a PH of 1, and the solution is acidic as a whole.

Operation process

Dip the PE wire that needs to be depainted with BT-710PE straight flux and put it in the tin furnace and let it stand for 2-3 seconds to remove the paint and tin.

Tin furnace temperature: 450°C

Packaging, shipping and storage

1. BT-710 is packaged in 1L/bottle of strong acid and alkali resistant plastic bottle, 20 bottles/box;

2. Store in a closed container at room temperature;

3. The shelf life is 1 year;

4. When the product is stored, it should be ventilated and dry, prevent direct sunlight, isolate the fire source, stay away from the heat source, and try to cool down when the temperature is too high in summer;

5. During transportation, it should be protected from sun exposure, rain, high temperature, leakage, extrusion, and crushing.

Notes:

1. After use, seal and store in time to avoid long-term contact with air.

2. The container should be clean to avoid mixing with other chemicals, damaging the product system and affecting the product effect.

3. Pay attention to safety when using, wear protective gloves, protective masks, clothing and glasses, do not touch the skin for a long time, and avoid splashing the eyes during the operation process.
