BONT Dongguan Made Its Appearance at the 29th Small Motor / Magnetic Materials / Robotics Technology Seminar and Exhibition

The 29th China International Small Motor / Magnetic Materials / Robotics Technology Seminar and Exhibition is set to kick off at Hall W5 of the Shanghai New International Expo Centre.

This edition of the exhibition, themed "New Quality-Driven, Innovation-Led," is hosted by the Shanghai Micro Motor Research Institute. At this exhibition, Dongguan Bonte will highlight three core flux solutions: the BT-706 low-halogen copper flux for precision electronic soldering in robotics, ensuring component stability with advantages of low residue (≤0.03mg/cm²) and low leaching rate (≤0.5%); the BT-812 eco-friendly no-clean flux for new energy vehicle motors, withstanding temperatures up to 320°C and featuring low VOCs emission (as low as 35g/L), complying with EU RoHS 3 and China's GB/T 23349-2020 standards; and the BT-905 high-temperature aluminum brazing flux for high-end magnetic material assemblies, capable of withstanding 600°C to meet extreme operational demands. All products have passed SGS low-halogen certification, and the technological achievements have served the supply chains of leading companies such as Huawei, BYD, and Tesla.

As a high-tech enterprise with nearly 20 years of industry experience, Dongguan Bonte leverages the R&D strength of the "Guangdong Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for Surface Treatment Materials." It has filed 12 patents in the fields of flux environmental protection and customization, with a technology commercialization rate exceeding 80%.
