BT-1061 is a one-component fast-drying insulating paint formulated with modified epoxy resin, curing agent, accelerator and mixed solvent. It has the characteristics of good permeability, fast curing at low temperature, and easy to use. It is suitable for continuous immersion or vacuum dipping of micro motors and transformer windings.

Packaging: The product is packaged in iron drums of 180KG/drum or 15KG/drum.

Storage: Silicone insulating paint can reach the temperature resistance level of 220 (R) and has good storage stability, and the storage period is 6 months in a closed container below 35°C.

Use: The use period is about 7 days, and it is best to add new paint every day during use. If the machine is stopped for more than 7 days and then used, half of the empty bucket should be filled, half of the new paint should be added, and the old paint will be added to the paint tank in batches within 2 days.

When using, pay attention to safety, wear protective gloves, protective masks, clothing and glasses, and do not touch the skin to avoid splashing the eyes and skin.

After use, seal and store in time to avoid long-term contact with air.

The container should be clean to avoid mixing with other chemicals, damaging the product system and affecting the product effect.
