Features:

This product is specially used for the stripping and soldering of enameled wires of aluminum enameled wire and copper wire (or aluminum wire);

This product has passed SGS testing, ROHS testing, REACH testing, and meets the GB338505-2020 cleaning agent VOC standard;

It is suitable for the production of various high and low transformers, isolated types of transformers, motors, etc., and the solder is bright and hard;

The direct flux volatilizes on its own at high temperature, does not residue, the patent skin is removed, the aluminum wire is not blackened, and the long-term welding is continuous and unchanged.

Enameled wire → dipped in BT-707 direct flux, tinned furnace paint removal (repeat 2 times)

Recommended tin furnace temperature: 360°C

Packaging: Packed in 1L/bottle of strong acid and alkali resistant plastic bottles; 20 bottles/carton.

Storage: Store in a closed container below 25°C; The shelf life is 6 months.

When the product is stored, it should be ventilated and dry, prevent direct sunlight, isolate the fire source, stay away from the heat source, and try to cool down when the temperature is too high in summer.

Transportation: During transportation, it should be protected from sun exposure, rain, high temperature, leakage, extrusion, and crushing.

Use: After use, seal and store in time to avoid long-term contact with air.

The container should be clean to avoid mixing with other chemicals, damaging the product system and affecting the product effect.

When using, pay attention to safety, wear protective gloves, protective masks, clothing and glasses, do not touch the skin, so as not to splash the eyes and skin, if splashed on the skin, you can rinse with plenty of water (if it is seriously necessary, medical diagnosis is required).
