Copper/aluminum enameled wire paint stripping powder

Paint stripping powder

Paint stripping powder is a white flake or powdery crystal, suitable for stripping aluminum/copper enameled wires. Take an appropriate amount of paint stripping powder and use it in a paint stripping furnace. Heat the paint stripping temperature to 400 degrees Celsius, melt the paint stripping powder into a liquid state, and place the part to be stripped inside the liquid to quickly remove the coating of various enameled wires. High paint stripping efficiency, good effect, suitable for large-scale operations.

BT-104 Copper Enamel Wire Stripping Powder

Applied to the stripping of enameled copper wire ends with temperature resistance levels of 180 (H), 200 (H+), and 220 (C), as well as the stripping of AI (200) and PI (220) wires used in voice coils.

BT-109 aluminum enameled wire paint stripping powder

Applied to the stripping of enameled aluminum wire ends with temperature resistance levels of 180 (H), 200 (H+), and 220 (C), as well as the stripping of AI (200) and PI (220) wires used in voice coils.

BT-104&BT-109

01. After dissolution, BT-104 is a light yellow turbid liquid, and after dissolution, BT-109 is a light green transparent liquid.

02. Aluminum wire placed in BT-104 is prone to oxidation due to paint peeling, while copper wire placed in BT-109 will turn black due to paint peeling.

The stripping temperature of BT-104 is around 380-450 ℃, and the stripping temperature of BT-109 is about 350 ℃.

Precautions

The paint stripping powder can be reused. After the first use, please be sure to seal and store it, cover it with a cover plate, and the effect will last for up to one week. It is recommended to use it up in about two days, as the paint stripping powder is prone to moisture absorption and the operating temperature is above 300 ℃. If the paint stripping powder is exposed to air for a long time, it will absorb moisture and cause bubbling and splashing during heating. It is recommended to cover the paint stripping furnace with a plate for heating.
